Our Achievements And Impact
- Our SED programme for young people in care in Southampton has produced some dramatic results since the partnership began in 2004 . . .

39% drop in the number of carers leaving
- In Southampton’s last two JAR reviews dreamwall is recognised as significantly contributing to the emotional and social development of young people in care. This was achieved without substantial increases per capita budget for children and families and youth services.
- From 2002 we have worked with 2,500 vulnerable young people.
- Since our inception we have received funding from the Big Lottery, Active England, The Lloyds TSB Foundation and The Mercers Company and Unlimited.
- We have established a Junior Leadership Programme, demonstrating our commitment to developing young people. Twenty have now completed this course and have moved from being service users to supporting other young people on residentials.
